Dengue fever in Laos
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Ministry of Health (MOH) has reported the Dengue fever on 07 July 2020, 56 new cases has been confirmed and one person has died of Dengue fever, total cases of Dengue fever since 28 Dec 2019- 07 Jul 2020 is 2618 people and 8 people has died. the most infected area is Vientiane capital, which has reported 606 cases, and Bolikhamxay province with total 321 cases, Attapeu 238 cases and Savanakhet 233 cases. total death toll is 8 people, 3 people in Vientiane, 2 people in Bolikhamxay, one person in Khammuane, one person in Sayabuly and one person in Xiengkhuang.
On this situation, we all should be following with 5 tasks strictly and regularly in order to destroy the mosguito source and following the motto that says " No mosquito larvae, Mosquito won't exist, and Dengue fever won't exist too." if you are sick, go to see the doctor immediately, if everyone stricly follows with 5 tasks that issued by MOH, it will gradually minimize the infection and prevening from getting sick and blocking the spread of Dengue fever.
