Nearly 670 households affected by the flood in Vangvieng

Nearly 670 households affected and a person missing causes by the flood in Vangvieng,Laos.
the road and electricity were cut  due to the heavy rain in the recent days which causes a difficulty for aid workers,government officials to visit the affected villages.
the xong river increases due to the heavy rain and it has flown into the villages and cultivation lands, 56 households remain in the affected area and the local authority has delivered some water and food to help.  it is reported that, a person has been missing and has not found yet.
