The MOU sign ceremony to construct the Concrete Pillar Factory was taking place on 11 September 2013 in Vientiane Plaza Hotel which Mr Director of Zeen Company, Mr Hang Tvanbinh MuHamutdinh and the director of Chitnapha construction Limited Mrs Phengmany Voralath were attending the ceremony .the representative Lao government were Dr Bounthavy Syphanthong Vice Minister for Ministry of Planing and investing, Mr Khammany Inthilath Vice Minister for Ministry of Energy and mining and together with ambassador Malaysia in Laos, Lao ambassador in Malaysia and guests.
Mrs Phengmany says: the signature is very important due to we have got the support and encouragement from Mr Datodun TaiHing the Malaysia ambassador in Laos and Mr Khamphan Anlavan,Lao ambassador in Malaysia which two parties have been strongly supporting this project and two companies have reached the goal together.
The construction project will be built in Capital Vientiane and estimate that the construction will be completed officially in the end of 2013.
