The UK visa service Unit to open in Vientiane in the end of Semptember

Mr ambassador of UK in Laos has announced regarding to open a Visa service Unit in Lao PDR Which will be starting to provide the service from 26th September 2013.for whom are willing to apply for a UK Visa is no more need to travel to Bangkok. the service unit will provide the service every 3 month.

 the Press conference took place on 6 September 2013 at the Embassy of UK in Vientiane.the UK government credits the importance to the deep relationship between two countries,Laos-UK

 which has the objection to see the more Lao citizen travels to visit ,do a Business , investing and Studying in England.

 as the result, the Government of England has improved the visa service which organizes the service Unit in Laos.because in the previous years,the applicants must travel to Bangkok to provide the information, Finger print and Digital photos regarding to the requirement of application.

But now,the applicants can apply a visa through  the Service Mobility Unit at the UK embassy in Vientiane, after the process completing,the application will be sent to Bangkok for verification and then will be sent back to Vientiane after completing.

UK Embassy added, the applicant who wants to apply through this service should pay the register fee 75 GBP or approximately 900,000 kip. this fee includes the document delivery fee to Bangkok and delivery fee back to Vientiane,once the application process successes,the total fee about 1.860 000 kip which will save more money compared to the process makes in BANGKOK.
