Peak period for Vangvieng entrepreneurs commences

 (KPL) Tourism entrepreneurs and merchants in Vangvieng, a tourist town of Vientiane province are satisfied with their business transaction and hospitality after the number of tourists increased.

Vangvieng blessing with untouched nature is attracting overseas tourists and the sale of goods and hospitality of hotels and guesthouses are now a peak period and a hot cake.

An owner of Lao cloth shop, Mrs. Latsamy said, �I am very happy this year, I can sell about 20-25 cloths per day compared to the same period.�

An owner of Sokdy restaurant, a ten-year serving Lao, Thai and European dish, Mrs. Oun said that the number of tourists will be deferent every years. If the natural disaster or financial crisis occurs, the number of tourists will be decrease. But this year is better than previous years because number of our customers saw a considerable rise.

Sisavang guesthouse owner said that we are satisfied with an increased number of tourists.
