(KPL) An untouched waterfall “Tard Kha” blessing with abundant nature and water flows all round-year in Nong Haed district, Xieng Khouang province, was officially opened on the first day of Pimai celebration, 14 April.
The Tard Kha waterfall is 1 km stretch, 20 km away from Nong Haed urban district in the West, which takes Khang Phanieng’s junction.
