List of passengers and officials on Board

 The military airplane which has flew from Vientiane to Xiengkhuang crahsed in  Xiengkhuang nears the airport in the morning of Saturday  whick killed at least 14 on board according to the source above. 3 passengers survived.
Minister for Defense and his wife, the vientiane governor ,the Minister of police other officials were reported killed on this incident.
