Dengue fever on the rise ,many organization helps to flight against the disease

 the number of Dengue fever infected case is more and more higher throughout the country so far according to a total case statistic , the  data in the latest collection (1 August 2013) shows total infected cases reached 35.149 cases and death toll reached 77 . the most infected area is capital Vientiane which has 9.576 cases and 18 have already died from this disease.

Second most infected area is Champasak province which has 4.294 infected cases reported, 30 have already died,and Sananakhet, which has 4.079 under treatment and 9 died.

as the result, Many organization from Government and private have supported funds into the work to prevent the outbreak of this disease throughout the country . Namtheun 2 Company (NTPC2) donates 20 million kip

the giving-receiving ceremony took place at the evening of 2nd August 2013 in the Lao national assembly office which represented by Mrs Bouachan Lykaiya, vice president for cultural-social committee of the National assembly  and giving represented by Mr Somked Southivanith vice director of Ntpc 2 and joint by other testimonies .

the amount of donation from NTPC2 will be spending to support the patients in two provinces: Savanakhet and khammuane.
