Laos opens new Consulate in KhonKean

In the evening of 21 th June 2013, Laos opens a new Consulate in KhonKean , Thailand
which attended by Dr Thongloun Sysoulith,Minister of Foreign affair ,Laos ambassador in Thailand, Mr Ly Bounkham , Savannakhet Mayor, Khonkean Province Mayor together with important guests and officials
