Laos government signs MOU to allow Study on Building Dam in Ngen District, Sayabuly

Laos govt signed MOU with the SVC group? and Saython Electricity Co.Ltd  allowing the companies to Survey and study on building dam in NamNgeum, Ngen District, Sayabuly province,  the Sign ceremony has took place at the evening of 20 June 2013 in the Ministry of Investing and Planning which attending by the head officials and representative of companies. the Survey and study will focus on Social economic impact and Environmental impact which will take at least 18 months.
