The new stadium will construct in Vientiane province

The stadium can seat 10 000-20 000 , the cost of construction estimate that 400 billion kip ( local currency).  the responsible team needs to survey first and then start to construct, at least 3 years to complete the project. the survey estimates finish within 8 months .
