AS a personal trainer Lee Hudswell encouraged others to be adventurous and push their bodies to the limit - but it was a thrill-seeking holiday in Laos that cost him his life.

The 26-year-old from Cronulla died on Tuesday after jumping from a tower into a river while riding an inner tube, The Daily Telegraph reported.
