Nam Ngienb II ,Xiengkhuang province has a ceremony to Construct on Dec 23, 2011
the Project is the cooperation between Laos PDR and China,.
the Construction area is located 70 Km from Phonsavan ,Xiengkuang.it believes that after the project completes will benefit the Lao people and improve their socio-Economic .
The project will be invested 345 million US dollar and the Chinese CWE Company holds 90% of share and Electric du Laos ( EDL )holds 10%.
